Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens! If you need to cancel, change or reschedule your appointment it is required 24 HOURS in advance to avoid deposit forfeiture. If you need to reschedule, your deposit is transferrable for up to 30 days after your original appointment date. There after, a new deposit will have to be made. LATE POLICY There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes you will be charged a $15 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. NO CALL , NO SHOWS= BANNED FROM BOOKING HOLIDAY & EARLY/LATE APPOINTMENTS: Additional $35 TRAVEL FEE: 0-15 mi - $25 15-30mi- $50 30mi & Destinations: Please inquire THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ACCEPTING AND FOLLOWING OUR POLICY.
